How many times a week is good for your health?

Before I knew about this wonderful website,I did just 3 times a week,but now,I do at least one time per day,that's crazy,I don't know if this is good for my health.I just can't help myself.
Can you tell me how many times a week is good for your health?

it doesn't matter. if you don't feel uncomfortable.
i did it every day for 15 years.

Neither eastern nor western medicine recommends one time per day, 15 years running.  The difference is that Chinese medicine believes if you do that you've basically dug a hole in the foundations of your health while Western medicine believes you'll simply go flaccid and can't get it "up" anymore when your body thinks it's had enough.

when i am in mainland, only can access to the forum for nearly once per month or something due to the internet block.

how old are u? when i was young ,i can do it every day,but now i do it toice per week.

exercise at least 3x per week and every time at least half an hour is recommended.  It is good for your body and mind.
